Martin Novák is a manager with more than 15 years of experience in logistics, manufacturing, and operations management. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions at international companies, where he focused on strategic development, process optimization, and team leadership. He has extensive experience in change management, project management, and improving organizational performance.

Henrik Christiansen

Managing Director

The business graduate has decades of management experience as a CFO and board member/managing director, as well as proven expertise in the areas of operational controlling, accounting, financing, corporate governance and IT. Henrik Christiansen has been the CEO of FORTEC CZ since 2026 and is also a member of the Board of Directors of FORTEC Elektronik AG.
